• Johns Flashes are awarded at the 5th National Competition Match (Johns or Walkers) played in.
• Full County Playing Badges are awarded at the 1st County Match for International Players, or at the award of a Johns Flash, or other County Badged Players moving into Leicestershire who provide a 5 year record of County successes (quarter finals upwards), or at the 3rd County Match over at least 3 seasons of counting points.
• Colts Badges are awarded at the 1st County Match played.
